Diese Seite hat im Prinzip nichts mit dem Tennisarm oder Golfarm zu tun.
Man muss nichts glauben damit die Dehnung wirkt da sie physikalisch, rein mechanisch ist und durch spirituelles nicht verbessert werden kann.

Insoweit hat das Glaubensbekenntnis mit dieser Homepage zu tun, dass ich ohne Glaube an Gott, Jesus Christus und die Bibel, die Arbeit mit der Page als hirnrissige Zeitverschwendung betrachten würde.

Als Christ ist jedoch anderen kostenlos zu helfen nicht nur eine Aufforderung und Berufung sondern Basis zu geistlichem Wachstum und Voraussetzung um das Leben glücklich zu geniessen.

Ich wurde schon gefragt warum ich den Aufwand mit dieser Homepage überhaupt betreibe.
Nun als gläubiger Christ bin ich es gewohnt, gute am eigenen Leibe gemachte Erfahrungen gerne und gratis weiterzugeben*. Ich wäre auch dankbar gewesen auf meiner Internet-Suche über den Tennisarm eine solche Seite zu finden.

* Für einen Laien zu wissen wie ein Tennisarm geheilt wird mag ja cool sein (besonders für die persönlich Betroffenen). Aber zu wissen und im täglichen Leben am eingenen Leibe zu erfahren "wie man es macht das Leben und vor allem die Ewigkeit im Paradies zu verbringen" - dazwischen liegen wohl Universen.
In einem Wort: Jesus [Christus]. Noch einige Sekunden mehr Zeit? 1. Jesus rettet. 2. Jesus heilt. 3. Jesus kommt wieder !
Darauf kann man sich glücklicherweise noch etwas mehr verlassen, als dass diese Dehnübungen den Tennisarm beseitigen. ... aber lassen Sie sich durch diese ja oft als unangebracht empfundene "Missionierung" nicht vom Dehnen des Armes abschrecken !

Beim Tennisarm und im "religiösen" liegt die Lösung oft näher und ist simpler als wir denken. Wir möchten es komplizierter und schwieriger als es ist, frei nach dem Motto "Warum auch einfach wenn es komplizierter geht?" Bei beidem braucht es ein erster, wenn auch kleiner Glaubensschritt und dann kommt die Bestätigung die motiviert weiterzumachen automatisch.

Mein Glaubensbekenntnis / Statement of Faith

These are some of the certainties and essentials of my personal beliefs, all based on the inspired Word of God:

· The prophets, apostles, and eyewitnesses of Jesus Christ were inspired by the Holy Spirit to write the original Hebrew and Greek manuscripts that make up the 66 books of the Bible.

· Jesus Christ was fully God in human flesh.

· Jesus Christ was conceived by the Holy Spirit’s overshadowing of Mary, who bore him in a virgin state.

· Jesus Christ committed no transgression of the moral law of God. He took the curse of our transgressions into his physical body and bore them as he was crucified.

· Jesus Christ died, was buried in a tomb for three days and nights, and was resurrected from the dead into an immortal body.

· Jesus Christ was seen alive after his death by over 500 people. Forty days after his resurrection, he ascended into the heavens. He is currently sitting at the right hand of God in intercession for our prayers.

· The Holy Spirit was given to believers in a new and powerful way on the Day of Pentecost as described in Acts chapter 2.

· The Holy Spirit has many essential functions in the life of every believer, including conviction of sin, sealing until the day of redemption, comforting, indwelling, maturing, empowerment, and revealing of things to come. There are nine gifts of the Spirit in operation among believers.

· Every person has transgressed the moral law of God.

· The wages, payment, or penalty for transgression of the moral law of God is death.

· There is only one way to remit the curse of transgression of the moral law of God: the blood of Jesus Christ.

· There is nothing you or I can do to earn the salvation provided by the blood of Jesus Christ. It is a free gift.

· We must first understand and admit that we have transgressed God’s moral law. We must then believe that Jesus Christ death provided atonement, or blotting out, of our transgressions. and trust him to forgive our sins. Jesus Christ described this process as becoming „born again“. We must completely abandon our sin and rely on the Holy Spirit’s guidance from that day forward.

· Those who die without the remission of their transgressions available in the blood of Jesus Christ will abide in an eternal place of torment, initially hell at the first death, then the lake of fire at the second death.

· Jesus Christ will return to the earth a second time.

· There will be a resurrection of the dead of both believers and unbelievers, which will take place in several stages. After these resurrections are complete, there will be a judgment before God’s throne at which every person will stand and give an account of their words and deeds.
